Age Guide - 4 to 7 Months

This Age Guide will take you through a typical day and nighttime routine for your 4 to 7 month old as well as how to navigate developmental changes, feeding and nap transitions.

This guide is intended to be used in conjunction with my 'Sleep Principles' guide which educates you on the science behind babies sleep, sleep associations, settling techniques and much much more. If you are struggling with your baby's sleep I highly recommend downloading the 'Sleep Principles' guide before implementing your new routine. However, if your baby is already sleeping well, then this guide may be all you need to keep things on track.
