About Jess
I am a proud daughter, wife and mother to two young children and two cheeky labradors. I am based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. I am passionate about baby and toddler's sleep, and the importance of sleep in maintaining the health and wellness of families. I am a certified Child & Baby Sleep Consultant and a member with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).
I understand first hand the demands, struggles and impacts of sleep deprivation on the daily live's of families. After struggling with my son's sleep from birth and sleep deprivation having an impact on my mental health and relationships with my husband, family and very young daughter, I knew I needed help. After working with a Baby Sleep Educator, my life changed in more ways than one.
Once I was educated on baby and toddler's sleep, I was able to restore order and calm back into my daily life. My education has enabled me to juggle the challenges faced in toddlerhood, returning back to work and starting daycare, and finding time back in my schedule for some much needed 'me time'.
I love nothing more than empowering families with the same knowledge that enables them to finally get the sleep that they need to function and be the best versions of themselves, whilst simultaneously restoring order and calm into their daily lives.
If you are struggling with your baby or toddlers sleep, don't put it off any longer. Contact me today, because I promise that together we can get things back on track.
My Philosophy
I firmly believe that every single baby can and will sleep well when parents are educated with the right sleep principles. Babies actually LOVE to sleep, and enabling this to happen is actually a lot simpler than you might think.
I take a holistic approach when working with you, as it is important for me to understand your circumstances so that we can establish a healthy routine that is going to work around you and your lifestyle. We will work together to establish healthy foundations including setting up your babies sleep environment, feeding and nutrition, and work through your preferred settling techniques. I will take you away from all of the 'noise' and 'nonsense' there is in the baby sleep world and bring you right back to the basics.
