1:1 Once-off Consultation

This is the perfect package if you are looking for a tailored sleep advice to suit your individual circumstances, however you don't feel that you need a 2 week support period. 

Includes:

- Pre-service questionnaire so I can get to know you, your baby and your current sleep issues

- Personalised sleep advice on how to resolve your sleep challenges 

- 1 hour 1:1 zoom call to educate you on my 'sleep principles' approach and how your personalised sleep advice will address your individual sleep challenges

- You will also receive 'Jess's Sleep Principles', 'Age Routine', and 'Sleepwear Guide' eBook which includes everything you need to know about your babies sleep needs, sleep associations, sleep environment, settling techniques and much much more!

Note: If you later decide you would like a 2-week support period, I will deduct the cost of this package off the full support package (The Ultimate Sleep Principles Package).
